Scott Hill Cemetery Association
 | On September 12, 1922, a meeting was called at the Scott Hill Cemetery for the purpose of organizing an association to maintain the Cemetery. Roy E. Scott was elected Chairman of the meeting and Mrs. Annie Goin was Secretary. The Association was formed and the following officers were unanimously elected as the Directors of the Association: Mr. Laurel E. Scott, President, Mr. R.T. Goin, Secretary/Treasurer, Mr. J. W. Smith (title not indicated) It was moved and seconded that an endowment fund of $300.00 be raised and that the interest of this fund be for the upkeep of the cemetery. The motion was adopted. On August 31, 1933, a business meeting was called in the Scott Hill grave yard to elect one director to fill the place of J. W. Smith. Moved and seconded that Mrs. Stella Sparks be elected. Carried. Adjourned.

| Endowment Fund Subscription for an endowment fund for the purpose of the up-keep of the Scott Hill Cemetery. (Not dated) We, the undersigned subscribers agree to pay to the Association of the Scott Hill Cemetery the amounts set opposite our names for the purpose of an Endowment Fund, which is to be loaned out at interest and the income from same to be used for the cleaning and upkeep of the Scott Hill Cemetery.
